Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SellerTell, a service operated by Henosis Labs (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What SellerTell is

SellerTell is software that collects a property seller’s answers, places them on real estate disclosure forms, and sends those forms for electronic signature. It is not a law firm, brokerage, or licensee and does not give legal advice. The seller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their answers; the licensee is responsible for reviewing the disclosure and for compliance with their state’s law and their association’s rules.

Forms

The Maine forms available in SellerTell are the copyrighted work of the Maine Association of REALTORS® and are provided for use by its members and other authorized users. You are responsible for confirming you are permitted to use a form before generating it.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Team owners and admins may see disclosures created by team members. Removing a member ends their access; the team keeps its disclosures.

Seller links

Seller links are private, unguessable URLs that expire. Anyone with the link can view and edit that disclosure’s answers until it is finalized. Share links only with the seller.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Per-document purchases are charged when a PDF is generated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t use SellerTell to misrepresent a property, to send links to people who haven’t agreed to receive them, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Henosis Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On closure you can export your generated PDFs for 30 days.
