Privacy policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
This policy explains what SellerTell (operated by Henosis Labs) collects, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, brokerage, license number). Disclosure content: the property address, seller names and contact details, and the answers entered by the seller or the agent. Technical data such as IP address, browser, and timestamps, which we keep as part of the answer history for each disclosure.
Why we collect it
To run the service: producing the disclosure PDF, sending seller links and signature requests, and showing a team its own disclosures. To keep a record of who entered which answer and when, which protects sellers and agents alike. We do not sell personal information and we do not use disclosure content for advertising.
Who can see it
The agent who created the disclosure, and owners, admins, and assistants on their team. The seller, through their private link. Service providers we use to run SellerTell: hosting and database (Railway), email delivery (SendGrid), electronic signature (LinkFeather), and payments (Stripe), each only for their function. Your transaction-management system, if you launched the disclosure from it.
Sellers
If you are a seller who received a link, your agent controls that disclosure. Contact them, or us at the address below, to correct or delete your information, subject to the agent’s record-keeping obligations.
Retention
Disclosures and their history are kept while the account is active and for up to seven years afterward, reflecting typical real estate record-keeping requirements, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and no legal duty prevents it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Seller links and sign-in tokens are random and expire. Access is limited to the people and roles described above.
Your choices
You can update your account details in the app and request an export or deletion by emailing [email protected].
